RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the invoice.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@specialistsports.com with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Some items, such as abdo guards & socks, cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons - please get in touch if you have any concerns about your specific item.
WARRANTY
We offer a 6 month period after receipt of your item where it may be covered by a manufacturer warranty.
For any damaged or faulty items please contact - returns@specialistsports.com - with your order number, description of the issue and images of the product - we will review your items as soon as possible and make a decision on the next steps. All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.
